All aluminum soffit is painted utilizing a baked enamel coating process and is warranted from chipping or cracking for 15 years.
The aluminum soffit is made with .019 thickness aluminum. (comparable to 25 - 26 gauge sheet metal)
The pieces are cut to the size that you request for easy installation.
All soffit panels are 12" wide and inner lock.

Due to the custom nature of this product, it is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, & non-refundable.
All trim is shipped in a double walled box with adequate amounts of bubble wrap.
If damage does occur replacement items will be shipped out asap at no cost to the customer.
