What if my order gets damaged?
If by chance your order does get damaged we will ship out replacement parts ASAP at no charge. In some cases we will request a few images of the damaged product.

Does Trim Bender ship throughout the United States?
Yes, Trim Bender does ship throughout the United States.
How is my trim order boxed?
The trim is packaged in a thick double walled cardboard box and secured with adequate amounts of bubble wrap. It is then sealed tight with our banding machine and taped on both ends.
Can I order my trim in custom sizes?
Yes, To order something custom please visit our custom order page to download and fill out the form.
When will I my order be delivered?
In most cases, your order will ship with in 2 to 3 days from when it is placed. Some orders could take a few days longer depending on the quantity ordered. The time it takes to receive your order also depends on your distance from the shipping origin. This varies between 1 to 5 business days. Your tracking email will provide you with specific information regarding delivery time.
What does shipping cost?
Due to the high cost of shipping rates from UPS we use live pricing. We
only charge what UPS is actually charging us for 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft sections.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use UPS Ground, and sometimes USPS. Most heavy items can only ship UPS Ground.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal. You are welcome to mail us a check, but please call us first.
How is my order secure?
Trim Bender is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, which means we abide by industry regulated rules required to transact payments on our site. We also use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to process customer details, and the actual processing of your credit card is done securely by our credit card processor, Stripe. Trim Bender does not retain any customer credit card information.
