Trim Bneder is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, which means we abide by industry regulated rules required to transact payments on our site. We also use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to process customer details, and the actual processing of your credit card is done securely by our credit card processor, PayPal.com. Trim Bender does not retain any customer credit card information.

All prices on this site are listed in US Dollars. All products are shipped from within the United States.

We collect anonymous user data based on where people click on our website as a means to improve the layout and design of the site. Our goal is to develop the optimum user experience for site visitors.

Do you ever sell customer data?

We do not sell any customer information. To us, that’s bad business!

When will I get my order?

In most cases, your order will ship with in 2 to 3 days from when it is placed. Some orders could take a few days longer depending on the quantity ordered. The time it takes to receive your order also depends on your distance from the shipping origin. This varies between 1 to 5 business days. Your tracking email will provide you with specific information regarding delivery time.

What does shipping cost?

There is a base price of $24.99 for all orders under $250.00. All orders over the $250.00 are free shipping.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use UPS Ground, and sometimes USPS. Most heavy items can only ship UPS Ground.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal. You are welcome to mail us a check, but please call us first.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card is charged when you place your order. We follow the “Business Guide to the Mail and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule” published by the Federal Trade Commission.
