The Oder was well protected in shipping however I felt like the shipping cost was too high. I would order more material but I don’t want to spend $30 for a $50 order.

Excellent product. Metal was bent perfectly. Only thing that went wrong..3 pieces were dented when product arrived. I cut out the dents and installed the product. I have recommended your company to 3 others so far..and will continue to do so. And I will use trim bender in the future as well Thanks for a great product.

Trim was formed properly snd properly packaged and received without visual damage to box But trim was bent I am thinking that since it was only 1 piece, when they were closing the nox and compresding the bubble wrsp, that is what caused it to bend I was able to use the trim as my application wss more functional than aesthetic

1 leg arrived bent where the header was placed inside of it. Each piece needs to be wrapped seperately inorder to prevent this from happening. I removed the wrinkle but it was not perfect. With the high price of shipping and handling , this should not have happened. Unless you can assure me this won’t happen again I can’t spend money on non-perfect wrap.
