Hello, I ordered the facial and solfit because that what is on the rest of the house. I added an addition on the back that is a master bedroom. All I could find locally was vinyl.solfit. It doesn't hold up in the south. It getting mold then you have to pressure wash then the surface is gone even with low pressure spraying. The metal soffit holds up much better.
