Custom Aluminum J-Channel

Streamline your exterior installation with custom Aluminum J-Channel from Trim Bender. A staple for any siding project, J-channel acts as a versatile receiver for siding panels, soffit, or trim boards. It hides the raw ends of your material and provides a clean, recessed edge that ensures a professional, uniform finish.

Our J-channels are custom-bent to your exact "pocket" depth, making them the perfect solution for specialty siding thicknesses or unique trim boards where standard retail J-channel simply won't fit.

Key Product Features

  1. Seamless Integration: Designed to receive and hide the cut edges of siding or soffit around windows, doors, and along roof lines.
  2. Water Management: Built to help direct water away from sensitive areas, providing an essential barrier against the elements.
  3. Heavy-Duty Construction: Crafted from .019 gauge aluminum, providing the structural integrity needed to hold panels securely in place.
  4. Maintenance-Free Finish: Features our signature baked enamel coating, backed by a 15-year warranty against chipping, cracking, or peeling.
  5. Customizable Pocket Depth: Unlike standard PVC or thin-gauge store options, we can bend the "J" to accommodate whatever material thickness your project requires.

Common Applications

Window & Door Surround: The most common use for receiving siding panels against a frame.

Soffit Receiver: Installed along the house wall to hold the inner edge of soffit panels.

Roof-to-Wall Transitions: Creating a finished edge where a sloped roof meets a vertical wall.

Gable Ends: Providing a clean track for siding installed on the triangular ends of a home.
